If you can’t resolve the problem, call Paco at 206-356-5298. He is happy to troubleshoot over the phone. If the problem persists, ship the machine to our shop in Asheville, NC and Paco will speedily bring it back to new.

Include a Note with your name, phone #, return address and an explanation of any problem you are experiencing. You can also include tuning requests. Before sending, please give us a call and verify Paco is in town. 

The cost is typically $50 per machine plus shipping.  If excessive work, replacement coils etc. are needed, Paco will be happy to give you a quote. Refurbishing includes truing the frame, replacing any worn out parts and tuning the machine to your specifications.
